We are a PRE-PAY resort. Deposit equal to one night + taxes & fees are required at time of reservation. Packages are not available on same day reservations.
Package Restrictions: Package rates vary by hotel, date of arrival, and number of guests. Packages are based on availability and are not valid with any other discount or promotional offer. Rates are subject to blackout dates, holidays and special events. Packages are subject to change or end without notice.
Add-On Restrictions: Add on pricing is an additional cost to package rates and is not inclusive. Add on options can be added to upgrade your overnight packages by calling 1-866-377-5274. We reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Same day requests may not be honored. Add-ons to packages must be paid for at least 24 hours in advance of the arrival date; any add-on purchased upon arrival will be priced at the regular rate.
Reservation Fee: Splash Lagoon will add a $5 non-refundable reservation fee per reservation.
These types of packages are exempt from booking fees:
● Packages booked with a Certificate for a free overnight
package (certificates starting with #ON)
● Packages booked with a Guest Satisfaction Credit

Cancellation: May cancel 72 hours prior to arrival date to receive refund minus a $25 cancellation fee per room and $5 non-refundable reservation fee.
Passes & Check In: Splash Lagoon passes are valid from NOON on the day of arrival until CLOSE on the day of departure (unless otherwise noted). Hotel Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 11:00am. Packages cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.
Additional Passes:
You may purchase an additional guaranteed pass up to the maximum occupancy for the room type in which you are booked at the rate of $30 per pass per night stayed. If you are staying one night, an additional guaranteed pass is at the extra cost of $30; if you are staying 2 nights, an additional guaranteed pass is $60, and so on. Please refer to the room descriptions for maximum occupancy of each room type.
Any additional passes needed beyond the occupancy of the room would be purchased at regular rates per day from the front desk of the water park if day passes are available. There is no guarantee on the passes above maximum occupancy thus it is highly recommended to purchase additional rooms with an overnight package to ensure entrance into the water park.
Restaurant Gift Cards: If a restaurant card is included in your add-on, it is valid at Applebee’s, Quaker Steak and Lube, Steak ‘n Shake, Boston’s and Safari Grille. Room service is available from select restaurants 6:00PM to 10:00PM daily.
